Thank you so much for your interest in joining this little corner of the makeup universe at Levels. We have a strong desire to help artists thrive. Knowing where you are in your makeup artist journey is a great place for us to gauge if you are a good fit for us and if we are a good fit for you. If for any reason we feel that you could use a more 1 on 1 personalized makeup intensive before a group class setting we would love to offer you a free Zoom exploration call so we can customize something just for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why Is There An Application Process?
Our application process is a great way for you to express yourself and let us know your needs. Knowing where you are in your makeup artist journey is a great place for us to gauge if you are a good fit for us and if we are a good fit for you. What Is The Curriculum Like?
Great question! Once you submit your application, we will send our Welcome Guide that goes more in depth into the curriculum. But as a general overview, we focus on five key areas (all of which you can choose from and take at your own pace) - Bridal/Beauty Modern, Bridal/Beauty Classic, Styling/Editorial, Bridal/Beauty Basic Intensive, and Airbrush.
Does This Program Offer A Certificate Upon Completion?
LBAR values hard work and we offer a certificate upon successful completion of ALL LBAR courses offered (there are 5 classes). This certification is for your own personal gratification and will make you stand out from the masses. In addition, your dedication to learning and to our community will enroll you in our LBAR Preferred Artist program, keeping you at the tip of the tongue for makeup opportunities that come across our desks all the time.
Do You Cap Courses At A Certain Number?
We will host a course as scheduled as long as there are at least two students enrolled, but we limit to six students per session. We do this to keep class size small & intimate, allowing for a more rich learning experience and the opportunity for more tailored guidance.
How Do I Pay For The Courses?
We only take digital payments (Debit/Credit Card, Paypal, Venmo, CashApp).
Who Will We Practice On During In-Person Sessions?
We will have a model for the demos and students will work on each other for practicals. If you are not willing to allow others to work on you, then this class is not for you.
